Your driver will wait for you in front of the arrivals with one panel of the company on which is registered your name.

Can one stop during the route?

Normally the route is made at once, except agreement with the driver

Do you accept animals?

Small dogs and cats are accepted, but only in cage

Do you pay off my order in case of cancellation?

Yes we pay off to you the totality of your reservation in case of cancellation 48 hours before the transfer, and 30 % if the cancellation is made within 24 hours precedent the transfer. If no cancellation is made the sum will not be paid
